Overview

Job Purpose:

The Digital Learning Manager drives how we learn, lead, and adapt at speed and scale. This role is pivotal in shaping culture, building capability, and enabling employees to thrive in a fast-changing environment. You will design gamified, multi-channel learning journeys and ensure seamless learner experiences across our platforms, HCM, and chatbot.

Responsibilities
  • Develop gamified, multi-channel programs on culture, functional skills, systems, and leadership
  • Ensure programs are engaging, scalable, fast to deploy, and tied to measurable business impact through analytics
  • Set standards and templates for SME (Subject-Matter Expert)-authored content
  • Support SMEs in capturing and sharing expertise by simplifying authoring while respecting their operational workload
  • Keep modules complete, accurate, usable, and regularly updated
  • Partner with HCM (Human Capital Management), LXP (Learning Experience Platform), EXP (Employee Experience Platform), and AI ChatBot teams
  • Deliver seamless learner journeys with smooth access, quick issue resolution, and analytics-driven insights
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to sustain active learner communities
  • Drive participation and recognition through leaderboards, raffles, campaigns, and regular communication
  • Use analytics to track engagement and optimize community activity
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage digital design interns in partnership with academic institutions
  • Oversee high-quality storytelling and learning content outputs while developing future-ready talent
  • Scan for, test, and embed GenAI (Generative AI) tools such as text-to-video, AI narration, and personalization
  • Build workflows that accelerate production and expand creative possibilities
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a 4-year degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related course
  • Hands-on, with 5+ years in Digital Learning, Instructional Design, or L&D Technology
  • Strong background in content strategy, platform and HCM integration, and analytics
  • Intune with advances in digital learning, including immersive storytelling and GenAI
  • Skilled in engaging SMEs, interns, and HR Business Partners to deliver at scale
  • Proven project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skill
  • Willing to work in MOA Square, Pasay City
