Join us in creating everyday happiness Job Summary This role focuses on enhancing crew skills, ensuring compliance with FSD and industry standards, and promoting a culture of continuous learning. The Learning Delivery Specialist designs training materials based on the needs of the area, facilitates sessions, and evaluates the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure that the crew are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and adhere to our product and quality standards. This role also provides support to franchisees and crew to ensure effective store management and operations. Main Duties and Responsibilities Work with the local Area Business Development Managers (ABDM) to determine and agree on new franchisee training, store opening assistance schedule, and training sessions, including new product launches, product preparation simulation, and new store standards orientations. Train the employees of basic training modules to store crew, crew leaders, and franchisees. Achieve set targets in terms of learner ratio and store-to-crew ratio. Assist in new store openings and new product launches. Assist franchisees in processing purchase orders and in receiving and inventory of stocks. Issue training credentials, documents, and certificates to franchisees and food handlers. Facilitate immersion of internal employees, crew, and franchisees. Conduct regular store visits and product quality/preparation validation. Partner with Regional Franchisees and Sales Area Managers in developing crew region/area specific development interventions. Serve as a lead resource for crew and product related concerns during jumpstart and business review sessions. Oversee Learning Delivery Associates. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s/College degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Mass Communication, or any Business-related course. At least 1 year of work experience in the food service industry. Minimum of 1 year experience in training and development. Experience in fast food chains is an advantage. Willing to travel within Davao. Strong project and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly proficient in presentations; dynamic, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
