The Dentist will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, diagnosing oral health conditions, and performing various dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, root canals, and extractions. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate approach to patient care, strong technical skills, and a commitment to promoting oral health. Education and Licensing Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Current CPR certification. Experience Previous experience in a dental practice is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience with a variety of dental procedures, including preventive, restorative, and surgical treatments. Skills and Knowledge Strong knowledge of dental procedures, treatments, and technologies. Proficiency in diagnosing oral health conditions and developing personalized treatment plans. Familiarity with dental tools, equipment, and X-ray machines. Understanding of current dental standards and infection control protocols. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain procedures and treatment options to patients. Ability to create a comfortable and supportive environment for patients, particularly those with dental anxiety. Attention to Detail High attention to detail for accurate diagnoses, procedures, and documentation. Ability to monitor and manage patient progress, ensuring treatments are effective. Compassionate, patient-centered approach with the ability to manage patient concerns and ensure a positive experience. Commitment to providing high-quality care to improve long-term oral health. Teamwork Ability to work collaboratively with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to ensure smooth practice operations. Willingness to contribute to a positive work environment and team culture. Time Management Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a busy patient load efficiently. Ability to manage appointments, procedures, and patient care within allotted times. Physical Stamina Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity during dental procedures.
