We are looking for a dependable and committed Virtual Dental Assistant to join our expanding remote team This is a full-time, long-term work-from-home role focused on providing administrative support to a dental practice while delivering excellent patient service and maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and welcome patients virtually while gathering necessary information
  • Address patient concerns professionally and empathetically
  • Manage calls, messages, and appointment scheduling efficiently
  • Coordinate with dentists, patients, and other team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant customer service background
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Patient-focused, friendly, and capable of building good rapport
  • Quick learner with a collaborative and proactive attitude
  • Tech-savvy with solid problem-solving skills
  • Stable high-speed internet connection (backup connection preferred)
  • Quiet, professional workspace with a plain background
  • Dual-monitor setup

Technical Requirements:

  • Processor: Intel i5 10th Gen / AMD Ryzen or higher
  • RAM: Minimum of 8GB (16GB recommended)
  • Webcam: 1080p (e.g., A4Tech PK-910H)
  • Noise-canceling headset (e.g., Logitech H390)
  • UPS or power backup to prevent interruptions

Training Program Includes:

  • Dental procedures and terminology
  • Effective patient communication
  • Training on dental management software

Training Details:

  • Allowance: ₱10,000 per month + night differential
  • Schedule: 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM (PH Time)

Upon successful completion of training, the role transitions to a full 9-hour work schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
