Responsibilities
  • Ensure lab readiness for all reliability stress according to qualification plan.
  • Lead the Weekly Readiness review with Rel Eng, ESD Team & Hardware Engineering Team.
  • Ensure the availability of Set-up Qualification and applicable profile for reliability stress.
  • Ensure capacity allocation for both bias and non-bias tests.
  • Ensure FA Readiness & coordinate Test Readiness for every qual.
  • Support the RMP Planning of material & execution of RMP & ORT.
  • Provide support to Rel Engineers on monitoring & execution of quals.
  • Coordinate test solutions availability with TDE and PE counterparts.
  • Publish QUAL Readiness Report and Rel Lab Loading Plan.
  • Maintain updated qualification status in the Rel System.
  • Publish qualification timeline to Qual team.
  • Provide regular updates on the qualification lot status.
