Your role & responsibilities Reporting directly to the Finance Team Leader, this role is primarily responsible for supporting Vendor Setup operations for the Japan business unit. Responsibilities include the following: Proficient knowledge of the requirements of new and change vendor requests as well as the Standard Operating Procedures in setting up vendors in Infor AP Assist setup of New and existing vendors in Infor AP Able to communicate the results of the review to requestors and different business units effectively Can handle business unit and requestors’ inquiries with minimal assistance Consistently meet daily SLA without escalations Can handle and accept ad hoc tasks on top of production and the same time meet deadlines Proficient in setting up all types of vendors on specific vendor group assignment Training & development Manulife has launched a region-wide training academy for its growing 115,000 insurance advisors in Asia.
