Overview As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment. Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Identify training needs and provide necessary training to enhance skills and knowledge. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies. Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly. Qualifications College Graduate with a degree of Business Administration or Related Course. Proven experience (1 year or more) in a supervisory or managerial role within operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in using Excel/ Sheets and willing to learn to use new software. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. Can work with less supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr
