About the Role We are looking for a Travel Reservation and Booking Specialist to assist with managing travel bookings, itineraries, and scheduling. This is a non-voice role that requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of traveller details Manage rostering and scheduling Organise and maintain travel documents Provide accurate travel information and support Process and confirm booking reservations Oversee itinerary management Enter and manage data in company software Export traveller information and manage records Apply for Tax File Numbers (TFN) for travellers Coordinate and manage calendars What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Experience in travel booking, scheduling, or data management is an advantage Proficiency in using travel booking systems and scheduling tools Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting Experience in handling Australian travel bookings is a plus Schedule: Mondays & Tuesdays (7 AM - 3 PM PH Time) Why Join ProSource?
