Position: Appliance Customer Service Operations Manager Company Industry: Home Appliances / Consumer Electronics Work Location: Quezon City Work Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Work Set Up: Onsite BENEFITS : • Company Christmas gift • Employee discount • Salary increase • Promotion to permanent employee JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversee and manage the entire customer service operations for appliance service • Supervise service staff and field technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery • Monitor and improve service response times, job completion rates, and customer satisfaction • Coordinate with logistics, spare parts, and technical support teams • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints RECRUITMENT PROCESS: (Onsite) • Engineering graduate (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering) • At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Operations • Supervisor/Manager in the home appliance industry • With leadership experience is preferred. • Knowledgeable in after-sales service, parts handling, and technician deployment • Can attend onsite interview.
