About the role We are seeking a talented Store Supervisor to join our team at SM Appliance, a leading retailer of home appliances in the Philippines. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stores. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and efficiently. What you'll be doing Manage and oversee all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision Ensure the store meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective staff scheduling, merchandising, and customer engagement Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and overall visual presentation to provide an exceptional shopping experience Lead and inspire your team of sales associates, providing coaching and training to improve their skills and performance Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to implement company policies, procedures, and initiatives Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance store efficiency and profitability What we're looking for Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a retail store supervisor or management role Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities Proficient in inventory management, data analysis, and financial reporting Adaptable to changes in the retail environment and able to implement new strategies and technologies Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively About us SM Appliance is the leading retailer of home appliances in the Philippines, with a network of stores across the country.
