Your role
  • Communicate and coordinate with both client and Onshore team(s)
  • Manage project implementation and customization
  • Identify and manage risks, communicate and mitigate
  • Ensure that all project status reporting is accurate and timely at agreed frequency
  • Efficiently control the project making sure that the delivery timelines are met
  • Identify stakeholders and put together a communication plan to manage stakeholder expectations
  • Accountable for the quality of the product delivered
Your profile
  • At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce Development
  • Understanding in Coding Standards, Deployment, Apex, VF, Salesforce lightning, Security implementations
  • Salesforce lighting experience is mandatory (Lightning Design System (LDS), or Lightning Components development including LWC)
  • Has experience in writing Apex Classes, Visual Force Pages, Apex Triggers, Controllers
  • Hands on experience with Tools like Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts, AJAX tool kit
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
  • Preferably with Insurance Background
  • Salesforce Certification is a plus
