Hands-on experience with Java, ReactJs, and React Native Have a good understanding of CI/CD Understand microservice, cloud (aws), and Kubernetes well. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with product management, UX/UI, and other cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Quality Assurance Implement and enforce best practices for software engineering, quality assurance, and continuous integration to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Project Management Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of projects. Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. Qualifications Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience Proven experience (10+ years) in digital platform engineering, focusing on digital channels and customer‑facing solutions. Previous experience in a leadership role, demonstrating strategic thinking and team management. Technical Skills In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies, frameworks, and cloud services. Familiarity with digital channel technologies, such as mobile applications, web platforms, and emerging trends. Hands‑on Java/ReactJS, React Native Communication Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Strategic Thinking Ability to think strategically and align technical solutions with broader business goals.
