Join us to experience our dedication to supporting People First. Role summary What does a Learning Experience Manager do? Think of yourself as the Training Master who works in tandem with Operations. We seek the best candidates to join our team and lead the design, development, and maintenance of training applications to meet enterprise requirements and operational needs. You will implement and enforce the development team’s guidelines and processes. Key responsibilities: Manage the initiation, development, and implementation of the training department’s site-wide initiatives and campaign-specific training programs for Team Leaders (TL) and Teammates (TM). Create and maintain materials to maximize campaign task mastery and personal development; pioneer campaign-specific training needs and programs. Design and execute TL and TM development training including curriculum, training, and evaluation; ensure training is technical yet engaging. Maintain training materials and documents for all trainee levels, from new teammates to tenured team leaders; ensure alignment with campaign and TaskUs business objectives. Explore departmental and campaign needs to develop training materials as needed. Propose and publish a year-long training calendar with quarterly objectives. Plan training policies, programs, testing tools, methods, and systems; work with Operations Director, Operations Manager, and US counterparts to ensure quality standards. What we’re looking for: At least 5 years of managerial and/or supervisory experience. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Highly independent and motivated with the ability to oversee projects to completion and adapt training materials to different audiences. Proficient in using Google and MS Office applications.
