Job Description Lead the overall strategy and daily operations of a growing compliance center supporting global risk and regulatory functions. Manage a team of 50+ compliance professionals across various specializations including financial crime, conduct, and ethics. Drive the execution of global compliance initiatives, ensuring timely, standardized, and high-quality delivery of outsourced services. Collaborate closely with international stakeholders to enhance controls, processes, and reporting frameworks. Deliver strategic input on regulatory requirements and risk mitigation efforts, supporting group-wide compliance objectives. Oversee end-to-end service performance, business continuity planning, and regulatory readiness across supported jurisdictions. Build a strong talent pipeline through effective recruitment, coaching, and development of compliance professionals. Represent the hub in internal and external discussions, including engagements with global regulators when needed. The Successful Applicant 8-10 years of compliance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in an international bank or financial institution Strong expertise in financial crime compliance, conduct risk, and global regulatory frameworks Proven track record in managing and developing high-performing, multi-functional compliance teams Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and regulators Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Experience in overseeing outsourced compliance services and driving process standardization High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative leadership style Committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and talent development What's on Offer Senior leadership role with global exposure and strategic influence Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Collaborative, multicultural work environment Flexible work arrangements and strong support for professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
