SEO & Content Marketing Specialist MicroSourcing is seeking a SEO & Content Marketing Specialist located in 1880 Eastwood Ave, Libis, QC . Work Setup Remote (WFH) | Night Shift Benefits Above‑market compensation and performance bonuses Health insurance starting day one (plus dependents) Paid time off with cash conversion Group life insurance Flexible work arrangements for work‑life balance Continuous learning and career advancement opportunities Diverse and inclusive workplace culture Responsibilities Manage and update Google My Business (GMB) profiles and generate Google Posts Create and publish blog articles and optimize content for visibility Conduct keyword research to inform content strategy and backlink opportunities Maintain and update listings on 50+ directories (e.g., Psychology Today, Healthgrades, Yelp) Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation across platforms Track website and campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and analytics tools Support backlinking efforts to improve domain authority Collaborate on Google Ads campaigns as needed and work closely with the marketing team to drive overall SEO and content strategy Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools Strong writing, editing, and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Experience with online reputation management and directory listings is a plus Tools & Platforms Google Suite (GMB, Ads, Analytics, Search Console) Podium – online reputation and review management Keyword research tools (preferred SEMrush) WordPress and Webflow migration experience is a plus About MicroSourcing MicroSourcing is a leading offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines, with over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers.
