Job Description

The Sales Representative I will participate in face-to-face and remote selling to our new and existing customers, selling directly or indirectly through various sales channels. We seek a results-oriented professional who, with guidance, will help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Contribute to developing and delivering sales bids, presentations and proposals and participating in product demonstrations.
  • Help identify and contact prospective customers, building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
  • With basic knowledge of products, their characteristics and market, sell and stimulate demand for a series of products.
  • Plan daily activities, including customer visits and quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve.
  • Follow market and competition evolution, passing information to senior staff.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Medical Sales Representative

Job Description

Covering target hospitals and clients — Promotion of priority products to target doctors and/or clients — Developing current accounts and opening new ones in the area assigned — Product inclusion inside hospital pharmacies and joining bidding for government hospitals — Monitoring sales and collection.

Salary : Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Benefits : Paid training

Schedule : 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay : 13th month salary, Commission pay

Location : Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental (relocation required)

Education : Bachelor\'s (preferred)

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.

The Territory Sales Representative is in charge of accounts acquisition and retention, competition monitoring, agency relationship management, and local warehousing

Responsibilities :

  • Accounts Acquisition and Retention : Penetrates assigned areas to acquire accounts and user agencies; conducts sales calls per week; closes sales to reach targets; creates route plans balancing account management and cost.
  • Manage relationships with clients/accounts and key agencies; conduct technical/demo selling; timely reporting of sales calls and volumes.
  • Respond promptly to queries from management, clients and agencies.

Competition Monitoring :

  • Conducts intel validation; tracks competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Warehouse & Inventory Management :

  • Manages warehouse and inventory if applicable; monitors orders and delivery requirements.
