Tap Growth ai Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines Overview We’re hiring for the Automation Quality Assurance Analyst role to join our QA team. Location: Muntinlupa, Philippines. Work mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote). What You’ll Do Develop and execute automated and manual test cases using Playwright and other frameworks Create and maintain a Master Test Plan to ensure complete test coverage Conduct white box and grey box testing to identify and resolve defects Apply QA methodologies, test design techniques, and SDLC principles (Waterfall & Agile) Utilize backend automation tools like Postman, SoapUI, and REST API Work with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB Collaborate with developers, engineers, and business teams to ensure product quality Prepare detailed test documentation, reports, and QA metrics What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in Manual QA/testing and 3 years in Automation QA/testing using Playwright Strong programming background in Java, JavaScript, C, or C#, plus shell scripting Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (BDD, KDT, DDT) Knowledge in backend automation and database technologies Experience creating Master Test Plans and applying structured QA methodologies Familiarity with QA testing tools, standards, and test design techniques Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or financial operations is a plus Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills Strong commitment to quality, adaptability, and readiness to travel when needed Apply now to drive quality excellence through automation and ensure top performance and reliability of products. #J-18808-Ljbffr
