Full Stack Developer Job Summary This role is ideal for a versatile developer who possesses a passion for building sophisticated web applications from the ground up. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, have a solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, and are driven by the challenge of solving complex problems, this is an opportunity not to be missed Reports to Director of Marketing and Organizational Development Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop Web applications and Application Programming Interface (API) endpoints. Develop and maintain scalable, robust, and high-performing web applications across desktop and mobile that align with business objectives. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both the front-end and back-end sides of our platforms. Participate in all phases of product development lifecycle, including ideation, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new features and improvements. Ensure responsiveness of applications and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and functionality. Implement security and data protection measures. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to operations and activities. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science Minimum of ten (10) years in web development role Excellent knowledge of front-end web programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS, with ability to render server-side and client-side content. Excellent knowledge of one or more back-end programming languages (PHP, Java, jQuery, C#). Familiarity with common programming design patterns and best practices. Experience in full-stack web developer role, with a portfolio that demonstrates your skills, creativity and achievements. A track record of developing web applications. Experience with online text editors is advantageous Experience with Cloud Services beneficial. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to achieving project goals and timelines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
