Position Responsibilities Leader Development Conduct leader onboarding programs to support the expansion and recruitment initiatives of the distribution partners. Conduct follow-up capability development programs to new leaders. Advisor Development Conduct advisor onboarding, product knowledge, sales training and other development programs. Program Delivery Implement and manage a range of learning programs and initiatives. Ensure the delivery of high-quality training sessions, workshops, and development programs. Assessment and Evaluation Implement metrics and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of learning programs. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve. Required Qualifications University degree holder With 5 years training experience, preferably in life insurance Preferred Qualifications Knowledgeable in training design and implementation cycle With technical knowledge in MS applications With excellent communication and presentation skills With good interpersonal skills.
