Job Summary: The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring that all products meet company and industry standards before they reach the market. This role involves conducting inspections, testing materials, identifying defects, and recommending improvements to maintain consistent product quality and compliance with specifications. Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality inspections on incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials and products. Monitor and document test results and inspection findings. Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure adherence to quality standards. Recommend corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities. Maintain proper documentation and reporting of quality control activities. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). Qualifications: Graduate of any Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related course. At least 1–2 years of experience in quality control or related field (preferably in construction materials or manufacturing). Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
