This role demands a professional who embodies the principles of Agile and Scrum, capable of enhancing team dynamics, removing impediments, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of agile methodologies, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of facilitating team success in a technology-driven environment. Responsibilities Enhance team agility by continuously assessing and improving Agile and Scrum practices. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies with precision and ensure adherence to Agile principles to maximize productivity and delivery outcomes. Act as a key communication bridge between the development team, Product Owner, management, and stakeholders—promoting transparency, clarity, and collaboration. Proactively identify, address, and eliminate impediments to ensure smooth project execution. Foster a culture of teamwork, open communication, and collective problem-solving. Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize a well-defined backlog aligned with project objectives. Track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve processes and team efficiency. Champion Agile best practices across teams and contribute to organization-wide Agile adoption. Guide multiple Scrum teams or projects, ensuring alignment with Agile frameworks and delivery excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification preferred Proven success facilitating multiple sprints and managing projects across teams or products. Strong command of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and familiarity with scaling practices (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus). Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers. Skilled in Agile project management tools such as Jira . Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex challenges. Experience working with remote or distributed teams is an advantage. Why Join Us?
