Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee daily site operations and ensure the timely and quality execution of projects. The Site Manager will coordinate manpower, materials, and site activities while maintaining safety standards and effective communication between the office, clients, and project teams. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor all on-site activities to ensure work meets project plans, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve project schedules and efficiency. Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safety compliance and proper workmanship. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for smooth project execution. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports. Address on-site issues promptly and implement practical, cost-effective solutions. Ensure proper documentation of site activities, materials usage, and labor performance. Maintain strong client relations and uphold the company’s professional image on-site. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, quality, and company policies. Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or management. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture , or a related field (Technical/Vocational background may be considered with strong experience). Minimum of 3–5 years experience as a Site Manager or Site Engineer in the glass and aluminum/construction industry. Strong knowledge of glass, aluminum systems, curtain walls, and fabrication/installation processes . Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and basic project documentation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team under pressure. Committed to safety, quality, and on-time project delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr
