About the role As a Site Engineer at JRBUILDERS COMPANY INC.', you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of civil and structural engineering projects at our construction sites in Quezon City Metro Manila. This full-time position requires hands-on experience in managing site operations and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex infrastructure developments. What you'll be doing Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities, including monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to interpret engineering plans, specifications, and technical drawings Conduct regular site inspections, perform quality control checks, and maintain detailed records of project progress Coordinate the procurement and allocation of materials, equipment, and human resources to optimise site efficiency Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, cost-effectiveness, and overall project delivery Mentor and guide junior engineers and construction personnel on best practices and technical standards What we're looking for Licensed Civil Engineer Must possess both Civil Engineer and Structural Engineer Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) licences Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as relevant building codes and safety regulations Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering plans, technical drawings, and specifications Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information effectively Familiarity with construction project management software and tools Proficiency in any major construction project management software platform is required What we offer At JRBUILDERS COMPANY INC.', we are committed to providing a supportive and enriching work environment that enables our employees to thrive.
