About the role INTERNATIONAL MARKETING GROUP' is seeking an exceptional Sr. Architect to join our team in our Makati City Metro Manila office. This is a full-time position and a fantastic opportunity for an experienced architect to take on a key in-house role, contributing to the strategic design and development of our company's facilities and infrastructure. What you'll be doing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and design innovative architectural solutions that align with the company's vision and brand Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of new construction or renovation projects Ensure all architectural work adheres to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards Manage and mentor a team of junior architects, providing guidance and support Actively participate in the assessment of design proposals, feasibility studies, and cost estimates Engage with external stakeholders, such as contractors and local authorities, to facilitate the approval and execution of projects Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices to inform innovative designs What we're looking for MUST be Licensed Architect 4-8+ years of post-qualification experience as an architect, preferably with a focus on commercial or institutional design Proven track record of successfully leading the design and delivery of complex architectural projectsli> Exceptional technical skills in computer-aided design (CAD) software, 3D modelling, and visualisation tools Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the local context Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Experience in managing and mentoring a team of architects Degree in Architecture or a related field If you are an experienced architect who is excited to take on a strategic in-house role, we encourage you apply now. #J-18808-Ljbffr
