ZenART Supplies is looking for a data-driven, creatively strategic Amazon PPC Manager to drive profitable growth across our premium line of fine art products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a results-oriented environment, enjoys autonomy in crafting PPC strategy, and is passionate about aligning advertising performance with brand goals.
ZenART is a UK-based art supply brand co-founded by an artist and her husband, offering high-quality art products across North America and Europe. Our mission is to inspire people to grow both as artists and individuals while reshaping the creative industry. We are a fully remote team that values commitment, engagement, persistence, and personal growth.
Why This Role Is CriticalPPC is the primary growth engine for our Amazon success. The PPC Manager will scale existing ASINs, launch new products, and refine every advertising dollar to maximize ROI and brand visibility.
What You Will Be Doing- Co-develop a clear, goal-aligned Amazon PPC strategy for the entire product portfolio
- Build, maintain, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Video Ads campaigns
- Launch new products with PPC campaigns that rank within budget while sustaining profitability
- Provide weekly/monthly strategic input and feedback to Brand and Product teams
- Interpret KPIs such as TACoS, ACoS, CVR, CTR, and keyword ranking to make informed adjustments
- Coordinate with creative teams to enhance listing images, video content, and A+ content in support of ad performance
- Regularly update PPC SOPs, test new features and placements, and stay ahead of Amazon advertising trends
- Create and maintain a standardized naming convention and campaign structure for clarity and consistency
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock to support PPC campaigns and help prevent stockouts
- Run A/B tests on key listing elements to optimize conversion rates and PPC effectiveness; ensure continuous SEO optimisation of listings to support organic and paid performance
- Proven expertise in Amazon PPC strategy, campaign structuring, bid optimization, and scaling
- Ability to analyze PPC and business data and turn it into actionable insights
- Strong documentation skills to build internal playbooks and scalable systems
- A testing mindset — always looking for what works and why
- Clear written and spoken English skills for reporting, meetings, and collaboration
- Experience using tools like DataDive, Sellerise, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Loom, and Amazon Ads Console
- Entrepreneurial mindset aligned with ZenART's mission of empowering artists through premium and thoughtfully designed supplies
- Hit monthly and quarterly TACoS/ACoS and unit sales targets per SKU
- Efficient new product launches with minimal waste and high conversion
- Increased organic ranking and keyword graduation with reduced reliance on auto campaigns
- Improve ad efficiency and return through continual optimization and reporting

- Proven Amazon FBA PPC expertise (minimum 3 years) with measurable results
- Experience in international marketplaces (DE/FR/IT/ES) and localization knowledge
- Strong data-driven marketing and CRO background with bid strategies and keyword analysis
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and collaboration tools (ClickUp, Loom, etc.)
- Independent strategic planning and execution of PPC campaigns across product lifecycles
- Excellent English communication skills
- Reliable internet and suitable remote work environment
- Owns an updated computer and ability to run multiple apps simultaneously
- Time management and self-discipline
Compensation is based on skills and experience with additional performance bonuses after a three-month onboarding period. This is a full-time remote role with outcome-based expectations. Benefits include:
