Extensive experience in SQL Server 2008R2/2012/2014/2016/2019 instance installation, configuration and security implementation Skills in designing, managing, and supporting database for 24/7 business-critical applications Extensive Experience of SQL Server Administration, upgrades, migrations, SSIS and SSRS Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues, resource contentions, connectivity issues, security issues etc. Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, using Performance Monitor, Profiler, SSMS, DMVs, system procedures and other troubleshooting tools to analyze and tune databases and SQL queries for optimal efficiency. Strong knowledge of backups, restores, recovery models, database shrink operations, DBCC commands, Clustering and AlwaysOn databases Strong knowledge of indexes, index management, integrity checks, configuration, patching, how statistics work, how indexes are stored, how they can be created and managed effectively. SQL Development – ability to write and troubleshoot SQL Code and design (stored procs, functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, constraints) and developing/automating database maintenance scripts Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Server operating systems with an emphasis on maintaining large data volumes (> 2 TB) on multi-disk arrays. Knowledge of administering Microsoft reporting services and developing custom reports SSRS. Designing and developing SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages and SSAS systems and Active Directory operation. Understanding ITIL and deployment/release processes Proven experience in large and complex corporate networks Microsoft SQL certification required Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make technical decisions A preparedness to take the initiative and a strong desire to achieve results Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and with the ability to prioritize and multitask Required Skills: Data Reports Connectivity Development Performance Tuning Performance Analytical Skills Checks ITIL Windows Server Operating Systems Active Directory Optimization Statistics Databases Troubleshooting Integration Security Windows Administration SQL Design Maintenance Communication Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
