Job Description We are seeking a HR Support Specialist to help our HR teams with daily tasks and projects. Essential Job Functions Provide support to HR teams on various tasks and projects. Assist in basic data analysis and reporting. Participate in HR training and development activities. Collaborate with HR colleagues on specific support tasks. Offer administrative assistance in HR documentation and record management. Help maintain HR records. Support HR reporting and data management. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Typically 1+ years of relevant work experience. Proven interest in HR data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in basic HR tools and systems. Strong analytical and data manipulation skills. Detail-oriented and attentive to data quality. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. A commitment to continuous learning and industry knowledge. Other Qualifications An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
