About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Staff to join our team In this role, you'll operate various machines used in the plastic injection process and support our production team in ensuring precision and quality in every product we create.
This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates in mechanical or technical fields who are eager to start a hands-on career in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Operate plastic injection machines and support equipment such as:
- Milling machines
- Surface grinders
- CNC machines
- Read and interpret technical drawings , blueprints, and work instructions
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM to check accuracy and precision
- Conduct basic equipment checks to ensure machines are working correctly
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure proper handling of tools and materials
- Participate in ongoing training and skills development
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology , or any related technical course
- Familiarity with machine operations and mechanical tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Hardworking, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
- Open to fresh graduates
- Must be willing to work on-site in Dasmariñas City, Cavite
