Technical Account Manager, Real Time Payments Euronet Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Role Overview The Real Time Payments (RTP) Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all RTP-related activities across internal and external stakeholders. This role ensures operational excellence, compliance with regulatory mandates, and alignment with industry standards. The RTP Manager oversees performance reporting, facilitates agreements, drives process improvements, and engages with customers and stakeholders to expand RTP services and identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Operational & Coordination Tracks issues and coordinates with internal/external stakeholders. Acts as single point of contact for Customer Success Management (CSM) for internal teams and manages customer interactions. Coordinates with Project Management for pre-production and Service Delivery for production-related activities. Collaborates with Incident Management and Technical Operations teams for timely issue resolution. Performance Reporting Oversight on preparation and presentation of Monthly Performance Reports (MPR) for key clients. Governance & Compliance Facilitates SOW, Change Requests, Amendments, and Agreement follow-through. Ensures improvements and alignments of RTP product mandates from regulatory and industry standards with internal stakeholders. Process Development & Improvement Creates and manages processes for new projects, issues, and concerns. Facilitates process development and operationalization of various projects using Real Time Payments in collaboration with stakeholders. Provides service insights and identifies areas for improvement. Business Growth & Customer Engagement Identifies new business opportunities and potential service extensions. Directly engages with key stakeholders through meaningful analysis of services and offerings. Participates in programs to promote equivalent services. Understands retail customer requirements to create 360° feedback for service improvement. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT or related field. Proven experience in Real Time Payments, payment operations, or financial services. Strong understanding of the technical aspects of Real Time Payments. Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with ability to identify improvement areas. Strong communication and presentation skills.
