We are a holding company of Real Estate, Hospitality and Coconut Product Production. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the preparation and submission of monthly Financial Reports (parent and consolidated) and SEC/PSE Reports (i.e., 17A, 17Q, GFFS) and its corresponding analysis. Prepare presentation materials for Audit Committee and Board meetings. Attend to CFO requirements from time to time. Handle general accounting of the parent Company and oversee the financial reporting of subsidiary companies (real estate, hotel, renewable energy, coconut processing companies). Handle treasury that includes cash management and providing funds for the Group through bank loans and equity raising. Prepare weekly cash position report and cash flow projections. Plan and strategize for best possible tax position of the company. Review and sign various tax returns. Approve various vouchers (i.e. Cash Receipts, AP, & Request for Payments and Journal). Coordinate with external auditors. Manage the monitoring and availment of Bank lines and Cash position. Provide supervision and coaching to staff. Preparation and consolidation of Annual Financial Plans and Budgets. Review performance of all operating units vs budgets. Acts as alternate Compliance Officer and alternate Corporate Information Officer. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Appropriate technical skills such as knowledge in both accounting and auditing standards and its proper application. General Accounting and Financial reporting. Practical knowledge in Taxation. Team player and leader and responds well in fast‑paced, high‑pressured environment. Excellent interpersonal communication skills (English and Filipino). Proficient in Window-based applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) and accounting system software (i.e. MYOB, SAP‑Business One, Microsoft NAVISION, Jeonsoft). Good numerical skills. Excellent problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Education Certified Public Accountant. Work Experience Three years working experience working as Accounting/Finance Manager. With at least 5 years total experience in Accounting and Finance. Seniority level Mid‑Senior level.
