About the Role

The Vice President for Sales will lead and scale the Company's sales organization and grow the local and international businesses. This includes developing strategies, leading the sales, leading the sales team, achieving sales targets while delivering exemplary client buying experience. The role will likewise lead and optimize sales support infrastructure and systems, processes to maximize revenue potential and sales team performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale the Company's sales organization and grow local and international businesses.
  • Develop strategies, lead the sales team, and achieve sales targets while delivering an exemplary client buying experience.
  • Lead and optimize sales support infrastructure and systems to maximize revenue potential and sales team performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Real Estate, with at least 5 years in General Manager or Leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding company performance metrics
  • Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in CRM tools and sales reporting software
  • Deep understanding of local real estate, laws, trends and practices
