Braun you plays a crucial role in the successful launch and clinical adoption of B. Braun’s Surgical Internal Stapler Portfolio in the Philippines, with a focus on its integration into Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) procedures. This role involves providing expert clinical support, training, and education to healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal product usage and patient outcomes, and contributing directly to the achievement of the Year 1 business target of 1,200 units. Your key responsibilities: Clinical Training & Support : Conduct hands‑on training, product demos, and workshops for surgeons and OR staff on internal stapler systems in both open and minimally invasive surgeries. Clinical Trials & Evaluation : Support clinical trials by ensuring accurate data collection and providing feedback for product improvement. Product Launch & Localization : Collaborate with sales and market teams to launch MIS products, develop localized training materials, and ensure product inclusion in target hospitals. Stakeholder Coordination : Facilitate onboarding processes by working with hospital stakeholders and providing insights for product refinement. Customer Engagement : Build strong relationships with KOLs and surgical teams, offer clinical support during sales cycles, and resolve product‑related issues. Compliance & Documentation : Maintain regulatory compliance, document training and usage data, and assist with audits and quality assurance. What you will bring to the team: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field. Minimum 2–4 years of clinical experience in surgery, operating room, or medical device support. Experience with surgical stapling devices or MIS technologies is highly preferred. Strong clinical knowledge of surgical procedures, especially in MIS and operating room protocols. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
