Overview

IMPORTANT: The Architect will be assigned at Credibuild Development Corp.'s Head Office in Quezon City and may need to travel within Luzon regularly to visit project sites and office hubs. All work-related travel and accommodation expenses will be paid for by the company.

The Architect will be responsible for performing the following tasks in support of ongoing and incoming projects.

  • Be involved in drafting and designing.

  • Work heavily with AutoCAD in an office setting.

  • Work on project sites directly with engineers, general foremen, trades personnel, and superintendents to conduct field verifications and conditions.

  • Provide design of the project within the specified period of time.

  • Convert sketches or specifications of the project from the Engineer into detailed CAD drawings.

  • Draft redlines.

  • Provide design and calculation assistance.

  • Adhere to CAD procedures for layering, line types, colors, and standard drawing procedures for sheet layout.

  • Work with detailed sketches, notes, and layouts.

  • Provide mentoring support to Architects and CAD Operators

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

  • With experience supporting construction / civil projects

  • At least Five (5) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D), As-built drawings structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-pro works, and Revit Software

  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City

  • Willing to travel to project sites within Luzon for visits and oculars
