Account Management Associate (Tarlac)

Location: Tarlac City, Central Luzon, Philippines

Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance the work relationship with partner restaurant chains through regular, personal contact with the restaurant manager.
  • Renegotiate contract conditions such as commission rate or minimum basket size with restaurant managers on a regular basis.
  • Convince restaurant managers to implement backlinks on their websites and/or splash pages to convert online traffic into additional orders.
  • Design and improve the aftersales process by streamlining operations and the CRM system.
  • Identify and onboard the best partner restaurants to join the corporate menu booklet; monitor order evolution and customer experience after integration.
  • Negotiate exclusive deals with top partner restaurants to increase orders while safeguarding the relationship quality.
  • Ensure that all partner restaurants maintain a high customer experience and brief them on how to improve it.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or graduate)
  • Preferably 1–3 years of lead or account management experience, preferably in the food and beverages industry
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Desire to contact the best local restaurants and chains; you thrive at convincing people
  • Endurance and perseverance in following up with partner restaurants
  • Pleasant personality, enthusiasm, and commitment
  • Ability to work structurally and efficiently organize communication with partners
  • Team player, self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Interest and aptitude for building relationships with clients
  • Required languages: English and Filipino
  • Willingness to work from Tarlac (Tarlac-based employees)
