Schedule Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT) What are we looking for? Skills Required: The Data & Administration Support Specialist will enhance sales and marketing efforts by enriching and cleansing prospect data and supporting team administrative tasks. Key duties include data extraction, enrichment, hygiene, CRM entry, reporting, general administrative work and sales enablement support. Operational Data Support Functions Extraction of data from systems such as ZoomInfo in line with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Structure data in a way that is easily actionable by recipient sales and lead generation teams Perform routine reporting on progress and specific data Collaborate to support sales enablement with general administrative duties such as meeting setting Assist and collaborate with lead generation teams to complete general administrative duties such as data entry and meeting setting to drive performance and efficiency Enrichment of data, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and Lusha to ensure we have viable information to initiate a prospecting call. Performing routine data hygiene and entry into Salesforce, Dynamics and Outreach.io CRM systems General administrative duties to support sales enablement e.g. meeting setting What are we looking for? System knowledge Experience and strong working knowledge of data management tools in the MS Office Suite e.g. Excel, Forms, Copilot. Experience working with CRM tools - Salesforce, MS Dynamics. Strong understanding of policies and procedures related to personally identifiable information. Analytical skills Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - ability to track data errors, system issues or mismatched data. Attention to detail - spotting inconsistencies, missing data, or formatting problems. Understanding of data structures - tables, fields, lookups. Communication and support skills Customer first mindset - a willingness to support their internal customers. Collaboration/team player - ability to work with offshore teams in a range of enablement functions. Not afraid to ask questions. Organisational skills Ability to prioritise and multi-task based on feedback and direction from stakeholders. Continuous improvement mindset - ability to spot recurring issue and suggest ways to streamline and improve data workflows.
