Drive user and revenue growth by engaging customers, supporting B2C marketing, and representing SAVii’s brand with a focus on financial wellness. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Contribute to online and onsite engagement efforts to grow SAVii’s users and loan uptake. Provide reports and feedback on engagement activities, including event highlights, uptake, and areas for improvement. Support ad hoc functions to assist the overall B2C marketing strategy and respond to unexpected, time-sensitive needs. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a unified voice and positive public image during customer interactions. Deliver onsite or online seminars to onboard customers and educate them on SAVii’s products and financial wellness. Engage with customers during onsite or online activities and booth requirements to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with B2C and Communications teams to design and implement a communication framework for consistent messaging across channels. Deliver meaningful and inclusive conversations aligned with the company’s brand and values. Manage customer escalations and crises to ensure a seamless and positive experience across all platforms. About You The company is looking for: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role or related industry. Excellent oral communication, speaking, and presentation skills. Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior leaders. Experience managing customer escalations and crises. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project management skills. Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office and project management tools. Must be Manila-based, able to work onsite or at different client locations, and flexible with schedule as needed.
