Job Title: US Healthcare Engagement Specialist Location: Hybrid – 4x per week onsite at Ayala Avenue, Makati Work Hours: Flexible to US Time Zones (PST, MST, CST, EST) Are you passionate about ensuring a positive experience for healthcare workers throughout their assignments? We’re looking for a dedicated US Engagement Specialist (Healthcare) to join our team onsite in Makati About the Role We’re seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused US Engagement Specialist (Healthcare) to support our US-based healthcare workforce. This role ensures a smooth onboarding experience, ongoing assignment support, and proper credentialing compliance for healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Assignment Management & Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for all contingent healthcare workers throughout their assignments. Provide support and resolution for issues related to pay, benefits, HR, or employee relations by coordinating with internal departments. Assist with expiring credentials and manage yearly compliance renewals. Communicate end-of-assignment information and complete offboarding tasks. Deliver job performance coaching and counseling to help reduce attrition and improve worker satisfaction. Track and manage contract renewals, assignment extensions, and performance evaluations. Use the ATS system (Job Diva) to document updates, generate reports, and maintain accurate records. Share insights and feedback with internal teams to improve candidate experience and operational efficiency. Conduct check-ins during the first two weeks of assignment to ensure smooth integration and clarity on timesheets, pay stubs, and systems access. Review healthcare providers' educational background, licensure, and certifications for compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., Joint Commission). Maintain and track credential records, expiration dates, and required renewals. Monitor and support continuing education and training requirements during assignments. Qualifications Must have experience with US healthcare credentialing and HR support Strong understanding of I-9 verification and compliance standards Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Prior experience in employee engagement or assignment management Proficiency with ATS tools (e.g., Job Diva) is a plus Ability to work onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati Flexibility to operate across multiple US time zones #J-18808-Ljbffr
