Role As a B2C Engagement Specialist you will be integral to projects driving user and revenue growth. You will collaborate with the B2C and Communications teams to develop and deliver strategic initiatives that enhance customer outcomes and experiences. Your role involves acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent voice across all communications and fostering strong relationships with customers. What You’ll Do Growth and Revenue – Contribute to online and onsite engagement efforts to grow SAVii’s users and loan uptake; provide reports and feedback on engagement activities including event highlights and areas for improvement; support overall B2C marketing strategy and respond to time‑sensitive needs. Brand Ambassador – Serve as the voice and expert on SAVii’s products and services; deliver onsite or online seminars; engage with customers during onsite or online activities, ensuring satisfaction. Unified Communication – Collaborate with B2C and Communications teams to design and implement a communication framework that ensures a consistent voice across social media, onsite, and online engagement channels; manage customer escalations and crises to ensure a positive customer experience. What We’re Looking For: Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role or related industry. Excellent oral communication, speaking, and presentation skills. Ability to engage with stakeholders, both internal and external. Experience in managing customer escalations and crises. Collaboration skills and ability to work independently within a team. Detail‑oriented and highly organized with strong project management skills. Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and project management tools. Must be Manila‑based and able to work onsite or at different client locations, with a flexible schedule if needed. We may use artificial intelligence tools to support the hiring process.
