About the Role We are looking for an AI Trainer – Junior Journalist to apply writing, editing, and creative communication skills to AI training projects. You will help craft text that teaches AI reasoning, logic accuracy, nuance, and clarity. As a junior role, you will be able to work on your own schedule as a fully remote, freelance position. Responsibilities Craft original, clear, and fact‑checked responses based on project guidelines. Generate prompts that challenge AI to advance reasoning. Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI’s answers. Follow style and quality standards to ensure consistency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, linguistics, literature, or education. At least 1 year of professional or educational experience in journalism, communications, PR, or related fields. Advanced English proficiency (C1) or above. Ability to learn new methods, switch between tasks and topics quickly, and work with challenging, complex guidelines.
