Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to provide top-tier service. Manage team schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and resolve any staffing issues.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including front and back-of-house coordination. Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Inventory and Ordering: Monitor inventory levels, track supplies, and place orders as necessary to ensure stock levels are maintained. Manage food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
- Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting, cost control, and monitoring daily sales and revenue. Implement strategies to improve sales and optimize operational costs.
- Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events, specials, and initiatives that drive traffic to the restaurant.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints, operational challenges, or staff issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Quality Control: Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently up to standard. Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation and service.

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in managing day-to-day operations of a restaurant, including front and back-of-house.
