About the Client Our client is based in Sydney, Australia, a global leader in online design services and operates two leading online design marketplaces. About the Role We are presently looking for an experienced test analyst to join our team and ensure our products are free of defects and work as expected across multiple devices and platforms. What You'll Do Develop and document thorough test plans for our products. Execute test cases to validate our product across web and mobile platforms. Analyse business requirements Work closely with the support team to validate issues and provide workarounds when possible. Write test cases for both new and existing website features. Perform functional testing of new features to ensure they meet business requirements and technical specifications. Conduct regression testing of releases and hotfixes prior to code deployment to production. Detect, raise, and track defects, ensuring they are addressed through re-testing and proper defect management. Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, grooming sessions, and retrospectives. What You Bring Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QA. At least 2 years of experience specifically testing public websites. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure defects are accurately described and understood. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies, find issues, and ensure they are resolved. Ability to own and manage the defect lifecycle using tools like JIRA (defect triage, retesting, defect reporting). A passion for understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality products.
