Overview

What Will You Do?
  • Assist the Finance Manager in cash flow management
  • Weekly bank reconciliation in D365 accounting system
  • Update weekly cash forecast
  • Initiate payments processing based on payments forecast
  • Maintain AP ledger in D365 accounting system (Vendor Accounts)
  • Assist in the preparation of statutory, financial, and consolidated P&L reports
  • Prepare monthly flux analysis
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation
  • Assist in statutory and internal audits
  • Assist in projects within finance
  • Other tasks deemed necessary
Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Accounting, or other relevant Professional qualification. Qualified / Certified Accountant is preferred
  • Knowledge in using Microsoft D365 would have an advantage.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office application and possess computerized accounting software knowledge
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Proactive, independent, and able to multi-task in meeting deadlines
