Location: On-site, Cubao, Quezon City Company: Xcel Hub Training Services Employment Type: Full-time (on-site; occasional after-hours during trainings) Role Summary We’re hiring a detail-oriented Administrative & Marketing Associate to manage day-to-day office operations: front desk/student support, paperwork & certificates, trainer scheduling, basic bookkeeping/cash handling, asset & supplies monitoring (incl. laptops), bills payments, proposals/quotations, and basic social media tasks. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Student Support: Welcome walk-ins; handle inquiries via phone, email, and social media; assist enrollments, attendance, certificate release, and post-training documentation. Paperwork & Certificates: Prepare/print certificates; maintain trackers (attendance, ORs, waivers, evaluations); file and archive (digital + physical). Trainer & Schedule Coordination: Maintain trainer calendar, rest days, and assignment rosters; coordinate logistics (materials, venue, couriers). Recruitment (Teachers/Trainers): Post job ads, pre-screen candidates, schedule demos/mock classes, and maintain a trainer pool database. Finance & Admin (Basic): Manage petty cash, safekeep daily earnings, issue/record ORs, prepare daily cash/sales summaries, and process bills payments. Assets & Supplies: Monitor laptops/peripherals and office supplies; maintain inventory logs and conduct periodic audits. Marketing & Social (Basic): Draft captions, schedule posts, respond to basic inquiries; coordinate simple Canva updates (templates provided). Sales/Proposal Support: Prepare quotations/proposals using templates; update lead logs/CRM. Qualifications 1–3 years experience in admin/front desk/events coordination or related role (strong interns/new grads welcome) Excellent communication skills (Filipino & English); organized, trustworthy, and service-oriented Basic bookkeeping/cash handling; proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; Canva basics a plus Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City and support occasional weekend/after-hours training days Schedule & Compensation Work Days: Tuesday to Sunday (one rest day per week) Hours: (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)* Perks/Benefits: Free lunch , PhilHealth & SSS self-contribution (company assistance in processing), (allowances/incentives/OT as applicable) Salary: 18,000 to 20,000 per month Age: 25 - 40 years old #J-18808-Ljbffr
