Overview We are in Pasig, seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience for a full-time role. The position is hybrid and requires a Bachelor’s degree. Responsibilities Provide financial diagnosis through holistic financial planning and offer solutions to help clients manage and protect their money to reach financial goals. Assist clients in preparing retirement plans, educational plans, estate plans, and other financial plans based on individual needs. Qualifications FinTech, Wealth and Asset Management awareness; proficient computer literacy. Attention to detail; strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; financially literate. Yearly closing experience (financial planning context) is a plus. Good internet connection; desktop or laptop required. Willing to attend weekly meetings and trainings (online and face-to-face). Sales experience is a plus; managerial and leadership experience is a plus. Must pass the Insurance Commission Licensure Exam and FWD Coding (exam and coding costs to be shouldered by the candidate). Located within or willing to work in Metro Manila and Calabarzon.
