Marketing Consultant
Part-Time | 20 Hours Per Week. Take-home pay per month: Php 21,400 - Php 36,400. The work schedule is to be discussed with the client’s availability.

Our client based in Australia is an immersive digital software company specializing in virtual and augmented reality solutions.
About the Role:
The client is seeking an experienced digital marketer to work as a long-term contractor to deliver consistent work. The Marketing Consultant will work closely with the client and marketing lead, who will brief all marketing activity and provide the overall strategy. You will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of campaigns across multiple channels.
ResponsibilitiesSEO (12 hours per month)
- Perform keyword research and analysis to optimize key landing pages for search engines.
- Technical SEO optimization
- On-page SEO optimization
Website management (4 hours per month)
- Create landing pages for testing, campaigns, and new features.
Paid ads - Google (10 hours per month)
- Manage existing ads and optimize; expand campaigns to target new keywords and ad types (video ads on YouTube, etc.).
CRM (5 hours per month)
- Create email newsletter templates; segment lists; monitor campaign performance. Must have HubSpot experience.
Social media (8 hours per month)
- Manage community engagement on key Facebook groups and forums.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Proficient in WordPress and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns and CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Experience in managing online communities and engaging with users. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Home-Based Requirements: Fast, reliable wired internet (≥50 Mbps); quiet home office; updated computer; headset with microphone; working webcam.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Marketing Operations Lead translates strategic plans into campaigns and programs across content, events, partnerships, and community initiatives. Ensures campaigns are delivered on time, on-brand, and on budget. This role requires cross-functional coordination, strong project management, and the ability to bring campaigns to life through process, people, and partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign & Content Execution: manage campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels; own publishing of content calendars; ensure brand consistency.
