Develop training materials, tools, and resources that align with BillEase objectives and values. Field Engagement: Conduct 100% fieldwork to observe and support SAs during live customer interactions. Act as a liaison between the SAs and management to address challenges and implement solutions promptly. Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage analytical skills to track training outcomes and SA performance metrics. Prepare and present reports on training effectiveness and recommendations for continuous improvement. The Ideal Candidate Experience: Minimum of 2 years of extensive experience in sales financing or a related field. Prior coaching or field training experience is strongly preferred. Skills and Competencies: Strong process orientation with the ability to implement structured training methodologies. Analytical and evaluation skills to assess SA performance and training impact. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage diverse teams, particularly in their assigned area\'s local language. Work Environment: Willingness and ability to work 100% in the field, traveling to various locations as required, including weekends and non-standard work hours.
