Responsibilities
- Revenue Target Achievement
- To continuously meet or exceed established revenue targets with the aim to foster company growth.
- In charge of meeting personal sales revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Help increase revenue target, constantly aim for new potential customers and expand current clients.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including networking and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to meet sales targets.
- Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations
- Conduct tailored presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Articulate the value proposition of our offerings, addressing client needs and pain points.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales effectively.
- Handle objections and concerns with professionalism to facilitate deal closure.
- Ensure all sales agreements are accurately documented and processed.
- Client Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and address any client inquiries promptly.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to management on market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Identify emerging opportunities and potential threats in the market.
- Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Ensure timely submission of required documentation and reports to top management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in sales.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Gdocs, Spreadsheet, Slide)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of market trends and customer needs within the food and agricultural industry.
- Experience in the food and bev industry.
- Previous experience in sales or other related fields like marketing, customer service, etc.
- Knowledgeable about the sales process, including generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the local food market and customer preferences.
