Responsibilities Revenue Target Achievement To continuously meet or exceed established revenue targets with the aim to foster company growth. In charge of meeting personal sales revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Help increase revenue target, constantly aim for new potential customers and expand current clients. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including networking and referrals. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to meet sales targets. Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations Conduct tailored presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Articulate the value proposition of our offerings, addressing client needs and pain points. Negotiation & Closing Deals Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales effectively. Handle objections and concerns with professionalism to facilitate deal closure. Ensure all sales agreements are accurately documented and processed. Client Relationship Management Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business. Provide exceptional after-sales support and address any client inquiries promptly. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to management on market dynamics and customer preferences. Identify emerging opportunities and potential threats in the market. Sales Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. Ensure timely submission of required documentation and reports to top management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in sales. Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Gdocs, Spreadsheet, Slide) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of market trends and customer needs within the food and agricultural industry. Experience in the food and bev industry. Previous experience in sales or other related fields like marketing, customer service, etc. Knowledgeable about the sales process, including generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the local food market and customer preferences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
