The CRM Data Administrator supports marketing and sales teams by managing CRM data, performing data analysis, and providing administrative assistance. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Proactively recording data from leads generated, wins, and losses Managing, maintaining, and tracking marketing and sales databases, including list building and data entry Ensuring data cleanliness and accuracy Assisting in aligning marketing and sales data with CRM data Providing basic data analysis from gathered data Preparing marketing and sales reports based on data gathered Performing research tasks and organizing research output for presentation Assisting in defining and improving data recording processes, procedures, guidelines, trackers, and tools Supporting preparation of marketing collaterals when appropriate Providing administrative support to marketing and sales teams Coordinating activities among marketing and sales managers and representatives globally Performing other sales and marketing-related tasks as specified About You The company is looking for: Bachelor’s degree in any field Ability to work flexibly under pressure and multitask Methodical, meticulous, and well-organized approach Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs Persistence and resourcefulness Excellent English written and oral communication skills, including business correspondence Ability to work with minimum supervision Willingness to render overtime when needed This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible #J-18808-Ljbffr
