
CRM Data Administrator

The CRM Data Administrator supports marketing and sales teams by managing CRM data, performing data analysis, and providing administrative assistance.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Proactively recording data from leads generated, wins, and losses
- Managing, maintaining, and tracking marketing and sales databases, including list building and data entry
- Ensuring data cleanliness and accuracy
- Assisting in aligning marketing and sales data with CRM data
- Providing basic data analysis from gathered data
- Preparing marketing and sales reports based on data gathered
- Performing research tasks and organizing research output for presentation
- Assisting in defining and improving data recording processes, procedures, guidelines, trackers, and tools
- Supporting preparation of marketing collaterals when appropriate
- Providing administrative support to marketing and sales teams
- Coordinating activities among marketing and sales managers and representatives globally
- Performing other sales and marketing-related tasks as specified
The company is looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Ability to work flexibly under pressure and multitask
- Methodical, meticulous, and well-organized approach
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
- Persistence and resourcefulness
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills, including business correspondence
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Willingness to render overtime when needed
