Influencer Marketing Manager – Hazel

Hazel is on a mission to shake up the adult wellness space, using influencer marketing as a powerful lever to drive top-of-funnel awareness and retail growth. We’re looking for a seasoned Influencer Marketing Manager to help us scale and systemize our creator efforts. This person will have deep experience in managing, optimizing, and growing influencer programs and a strong ability to blend creative thinking with data-driven decision making.

Role Summary: We are hiring a full-time Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team and take full ownership of Hazel’s influencer program. You’ll report directly to the founder and play a critical role in building and scaling Hazel’s high-volume gifting, affiliate, and UGC programs that drive measurable retail sell-through. The ideal candidate will have 5–6+ years of experience working with influencers and building affiliate programs, especially in the CPG and/or wellness space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and scale Hazel’s influencer marketing program across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Lead Hazel’s high-volume gifting engine — proactively identify creators, manage outreach, briefs, fulfillment, and redemptions to ensure every touchpoint feels on-brand and personal.
  • Establish and optimize Hazel’s affiliate program – tracking links, performance, and payouts.
  • Analyze content performance (impressions, clicks, CTR, conversion, CAC) and connect creator activity to retail outcome.
  • Build scalable systems for performance tracking, scrappy at first and tool-driven as we scale.
  • Develop and manage paid collaborations when applicable.
  • Build scalable processes and prepare to hire and manage a junior coordinator over time.
  • Report on campaign outcomes, learnings, and strategic recommendations directly to the founder.
  • Act as the strategic lead for all influencer-driven UGC and help repurpose top content across Hazel’s marketing channels.
  • Cultivate an engaged Hazel creator community that feels like insiders, keeping them excited about the brand and amplifying their voices across retail and digital.
  • Support broader sampling and healthcare professional initiatives by applying influencer learnings to cross-channel programs.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 5–6+ years experience in influencer marketing, preferably for DTC/CPG/wellness brands.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate programs and how to track creator ROI.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with creative, ops, and executive teams.
  • Highly creative and also analytically rigorous – able to measure, test, and improve.
  • A self-starter who can build systems and proactively recommend tools or workflows.
  • Comfortable balancing scrappy, manual workflows with scaling into more automated systems as ROI proves out.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to embody Hazel’s brand voice (candid, chic, empowering).
  • Comfortable working Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

Working Hours & Structure: This is a full-time remote position (40 hours/week), with core working hours on EST time. You’ll report directly to Hazel’s founder and collaborate closely with other team members as we scale the business through digital-first strategies.
