Responsibilities Provide superior customer service by understanding customers' needs. Answer queries and provide complete and accurate information to help users perform tasks. Meeting with clients face to face to do product demos. Handling of online product demos to demonstrate the app and holding webinars. Updating of internal help articles and documentation. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of any four year course; Tech-savvy: Comfortable with using various software and platforms, as well as the ability to learn new tools quickly. Problem-solving abilities: The candidate should be able to identify, analyze, and effectively solve customer issues. Strong interpersonal skills: The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Excellent command of the English language: The candidate must possess clear and articulate written and spoken English skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Prior experience in a customer-facing role: Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred. Strong customer service orientation, assertiveness, and confidence. Team player: The ability to work well within a team and contribute to its overall success.
